WINT-O-REE UPDATE

I hope everyone is getting excited about the upcoming Wint-o-ree this weekend at Camp Alpine.  We are meeting at 6:00 pm at the church. Scouts are reminded to be in full class A uniform since this is a district event!  Its going to be cold so make sure that you have the proper clothing.  Please also remember to bring your mess kit and water bottle. 
We are also in need of a driver to and from Alpine this weekend.  If you can help us out that would be great!

Blue Mountain Update

Hello I hope that everyone is getting excited about Blue Mountain this weekend. Here are a few reminders for the weekend: 

1) We are meeting at the church at 5:30! 
2) Please make sure you pack warm clothing! Pack extra socks!!!!
3) Remember to bring your mess kits with you!
4) We will be working on advancement so please bring your books and any Merit Badge packets that you have. 
5) If you have a cot, please bring it with you!

Committee Meeting January 11, 7PM

We will be having a Committee Meeting on Friday, January 11.  Please be there at 7:00 PM. All parents, adult leaders and committee members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Tonight Holiday Party

HOLIDAY PARTY

  • Tonight is our annual Holiday Party.  It will take place in Our Lady of Hope’s Cafeteria @ 7:30.  No Uniforms!
  • Each scout is asked to bring a dish  Families are invited as well. 
  •  We will be having a Grab Bag.  There will be one for the scouts and one for the adults.  If you would like to participate, please bring a scout appropriate gift. Spending limit of  $25. Adults as well can bring in a gift to participate in the Adult grab bag. 
  •  We also ask that everyone where an ugly sweater or t-shirt! The party starts at 7:30! 

SKI TRIP

  • Tonight payments will be accepted for ski trip 
  • Scouts- $72 Incl. gear (ski/snowboard, boots, helmets, & poles) – WITHOUT GEAR $33 
  • Adults- $82 Incl. gear (ski/snowboard, boots, helmets, & poles) – WITHOUT GEAR $43
