Troop 106- Weekly Updates #2

Good Evening Everybody. I hope everyone is staying warm.

Some reminders for tomorrow and this weekend:

Tomorrow, Friday is International Night! We are asking that everyone bring down a dish from there culture to share with the troop.

This Saturday and Sunday we have two different service opportunities that we need everyone’s help with.

Frist is the Flea Market that is taken place from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm on Saturday. Every scout that signs up to help out, will receive money in their account.

Second, we have been asked to help out Our Lady of Hope collecting money for their annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. We need at least four scouts to sign-up for each mass. The times are as follows: 5:40 pm on Saturday, 8:40, 10:40, 12:40, and 7:10 on Sunday night. Please sign-up because OLH is very generous to us and anytime we need a meeting place, they give us one.

Reminder, we need to collect an additional $50 per person for those that went on the Boston Trip. Those who drove, do not need to pay extra $50. So sorry for this. If anyone has a problem, please let me know.

There will also be a PLC tomorrow night after the meeting for all Patrol Leaders to plan the next couple of months.

Finally, if you have not done so, you need to sign-up for a selling shift at the wreath sale which is taken place on November 26th and 27th.

As you can see we have a lot going on in the next couple of weeks. as always, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.

Good Evening Everybody. I hope everyone who went to Boston has recovered and had a great time.

It was a great trip and I want to thank James Balsamo for helping to organize it. Unfortunately, we ran over budget for the trip and the actual expenses come out to be $250 per person. So therefore, we need to collect an additional $50 per person for the trip. Those who drove, do not need to pay extra $50. So sorry for this. If anyone has a problem, please let me know.
