November 16, Last Day for Pie/Cake Orders

This Friday, November 16th, is the last day to submit pie/cake orders.  Please have your scout bring the form and funds to the meeting.  This fundraiser allows scouts to earn money in their Scout account which can be used towards trips or camp.  The scout will be credited $5 per item sold.  Pies/cakes will be available for pick-up on Tuesday, November 20th.  Time and place TBD.  For questions, contact Gerry Mohr at 917-886-6501. 

 

Philadelphia Trip- Update

Hope everyone who is going to Philly this weekend is getting excited about it.  The trip is now closed. I am sorry but I can not take anymore reservations at this time.  If you have not paid your $135, the fee is due before Friday!  Please let me know if you want the money taken out of your account. Here are a few reminders for the trip:

  1. We are meeting at the church at 5:30 pm on Friday.
  2. Place remember to pack both your class A and B uniform.  We will be wearing our class A as we tour Philly.
  3. Please no backpacks. A duffel bag with your clothes will be suffice. 
  4. Remember to bring spending money.

Philadelphia Trip

As you know the troop will be going to Philadelphia from November 9th to the 12th.  We will be leaving from Trinity at 5:30 pm on the 9th.  We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Ft. Washington Philadelphia, PA. we will be visiting the Liberty Bell, Congress Hall, Independence Hall, the Museum of the American Revolution, Philly Magic Gardens, and the Franklin Institute. The cost for the trip is just $135.  Please bring payment to the meeting on 11/2. Any questions, please speak to Anthony.

Annual Halloween Party!

On Friday Night October 26th we will have our annual Halloween Party.  The party will take place at Trinity Lutheran Church located at 63-70 Dry Harbor Road.  *Please note that we are meeting at the church and not at Atlas Park!  The party will run from 7:30 pm until 9:00 pm.  We will have various activities such as a costume contest, guess whats in the box, pinata, and other games.  Pizza, soda, and snacks will also be served.  No uniform is required!
