Family Life- Merit Badge

The troop will be working on the Family Life – Merit Badge, which is also an Eagle required merit badge. Start tracking your chores (90 days of tracking is a requirement) and begin planning ideas for a Family Project.

Attached is the link for the workbook- you can begin working on it and it will be discussed next meeting.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! NYC Parks Beach Grass Planting,
Excellent Service Project for Our Scouts!
Please join NYC Parks in planting beach grass to help to trap windblown sand. Beach grasses fibrous root system strengthens by keeping sand in place. Volunteers will plant beach grass in marked off areas on Coney Island. Please come dress in warm, comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes. Tools and gloves will be provided.

Time: 10:00 am to 1:00pm
