IMPORTANT Wreath Info – Please read everything

  1. Wreath delivery will happen at 5p. If we could get a few people to help unload the truck that would be great
  2. Wreath Prep will start at 7p in the gym, Scouts are not required to be in uniform.
  3. Each scout is REQUIRED to purchase 3 wreaths (5 wreaths for a family with more than one scout) & do one selling shift (this weekend) – signup sheets will be in the kitchen.
  4. Wreaths are $15/each

This is our ONLY troop fundraiser annually, It helps keep us solvent while keeping the cost of the program down. We really need all the help we can get, from ALL of our Troop 106 family.

Please do not make us chase you to buy your wreaths or fill a selling shift. That is not scout-like.

Huge outpouring of Love, MORE HELP NEEDED

As you may know Mike co-chairs the charitable arm of the company he works for (Citi Habitats). They are doing a drive in conjunction with JCCA (Jewish Child Card Association) to help the population they serve.

Yesterday alone, Troop 106 & Mike’s social network agreed to sponsor 15 needy kids (12-21 years old). Mike still has another 25 kids that need help.

The way it works is simple, we ask that you pick at least one of the gifts they request and spend a minimum of $50. We must receive the gifts no later than Dec 21.

If you want to sponsor a kid or two, please reach out to Mike

Thank you in advance

This Friday Art Event

Our good friend Nicholai Khan (@nicholaikhan) will be spending time with us this Friday. He is an amazing artist who loves what the scouts do, and is happy to give back. Check out his art at: http://NicholaiKhan.com

Each scout will create a piece of art of their own, after spending time learning techniques from Nicholai.

***REQUIRED*** – Each Scout must bring a photo (landscape) that they want to create. This is a MUST. Mike will allow phones for this meeting if the picture is on there.

The cost is $5/scout to cover the cost of their supplies. We are also welcoming siblings, as supplies last.

Last years night like this was one of our best attended meetings.
