Both Pat Streffacio & Al Kobe will be receiving the “Outstaning Scouter Award of Excellence” from The Kohler Association at their Bi-annual luncheon.
Anthony Zalak & Mike Schulte both sit on the board of directors of this wonderful charity, which provides camperships to needy Queens Scouts (both Cub & Boy Scouts).
We’d love to have a few tables, to both recognize these two amazing men & support this great charity. This is for adults only.

1) Meeting at the church at 430, on road by 5 the latest, would like to leave earlier if possible, so please be on time. We will be returning Monday late afternoon to early evening
2) Even though we are hotel camping still bring a sleeping bag
3) Bring your Class B, whatever, we are going to be wearing those each day. NO Class A’s.
4) We will very briefly stop for dinner, at some midpoint in our dirve
5) Make sues to pack a bathing suit, the hotel has a pool

These two great men will be the first 2 inducted into the Troop 106 Hall of Fame @ the 1st annual Troop Dinner on 9/30/17
We have extended the sign up to 9/22, so you can bring the money to the meeting this Friday.
In addition to recognizing Rein & Gordon, we will be recognizing the scouts and the summer achievements. We hope to see many of you there as this event will help to fund many new things for our boys.

Friday September 8th
First Scout Meeting – All Scouts should be in class A uniforms. SPL will be elected, patrols will be formed, patrol leaders elected & we will plan the troop calendar for the year. Meeting 7p – 9p. Scouts in leadership positions are expected to stay past 9P to finish the troop calendar.
Friday September 15th
Parents Info Session – 7P -730P – it is strongly recommended that all families attend as we will be discussing what to expect this year & answering any questions

We hope past/present/future members of Troop 106 will join us for our 1st Annual Troop Dinner. We will also be celebrating the 40th anniversary of Troop 106.

Wednesday (Aug 30) night at 730p, we have a meeting for those who want to be involved in the backend of this event at Woodhaven House. If you can’t make it but wish to help please email Mike.
We have 5 milk crates of soda that need to get up to camp tomorrow. If you have space and can take a few please let Mike know asap
