Here are the details for Friday’s Parents/Leaders/Scouts Softball & Picnic.

We are meeting at the church at 6p promptly.

We found out that we are not able to bbq or reserve a specific field but there is usually one open somewhere in the park.

We are asking everyone that comes to bring a tray of something. Can be hot or cold. Just bring something to support the picnic.

This is one of our last summer events so lets make this great.

Just wanted to send out a message to let everyone know that we have changed the activity for this coming Friday. The calendar will also be updated shortly.

We will be going to play Miniature Golf and meeting at Trinity @ 530P.

The cost should be approx. $10

I will not be there this Friday as it is my sisters Graduate School Graduation Party which I have to attend.

Eric will be in charge in my absence.

On Saturday the church needs out assistance to clean out the remainder of our stuff and their stuff.

I really need all hands on deck for this and some adult leadership as I have appointments that I unfortunately can not rearrange.

We will be meeting at the church at 9A. Be in work clothes.

This Friday we will be meeting at the church at 5p. Please come in work clothes, but scouts need to also bring their uniform as the Blue & Gold starts at 7p.

We will be moving our stuff from our closet in the church to our new storage locker not far away.

If you have a truck and can help with transport please let Mike know ASAP. We currently have 1 maybe 2 vehicles that can move stuff, but we would like to move everything in 1 trip.

This Friday we are having an emergency committee meeting to discuss the impact of us having to be out of Trinity by the end of the month, as construction will begin shortly after that.

In lieu of this, we have cancelled our activity of Movies and will require all the scouts to come in work clothes to help us sort through all of the troops supplies currently housed in the basement.
