On Friday December 21nd  we will be having our annual Holiday Party.  It will take place in Our Lady of Hope’s Cafeteria @ 7:30.  (Please enter using the school yard entrance) No Uniforms!  Each scout is asked to bring a dish from their culture to share with everyone.  Families are invited as well.  We will be having a Grab Bag.  There will be one for the scouts and one for the adults.  If you would like to participate, please bring a scout appropriate gift. Spending limit of  $25. Adults as well can bring in a gift to participate in the Adult grab bag.  We also ask that everyone where an ugly sweater or t-shirt! The party starts at 7:30! 

I just want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for a successful wreath sale this weekend.  We sold all of our wreaths!  A special thanks to all of the scouts, leaders, committee members, and parents who put together the wreaths on Friday night, sold wreaths, and or worked a selling shift this weekend.  A shutout to our fundraising chairs, Gerry Mohr and Kenny Ask for all of their hard work in organizing our wreath sale.

Here’s the schedule for the weekend.  As announced at the meeting last night, we are unable to sell at the Met this year.  Instead we will be setting up 2 tables at Artis Drugs – one on 80th Street and one on Eliot Avenue.  All those who signed up for a Met shift have been reassigned to Artis.  Scouts and uniformed leaders should be in their Class A uniforms during the shift.  Contact Gerry Mohr (917) 886-6501 if you have any issues during the shift.

• Wreaths are scheduled to be delivered today  between 3:00 PM & 5:00PM at Trinity via Dry Harbor Road Entrance. Please contact Gerry if you would like to be put on the call list when delivery arrives all help is welcomed Gerry Mohr (917-886-6501) 
• Tonights Meeting location will be 7PM in the Trinity gym- NO UNIFORM- as we will be doing wreath prep  please enter using the door on Dry Harbor Road.
• Each scout is REQUIRED to purchase 3 wreaths (5 wreaths for a family with more than one scout) & do one selling shift. It is preferred that the scouts purchase their wreaths tonight  at Trinity. 
• Please keep in mind that this is our ONLY TROOP fundraiser annually.  It helps keep us solvent while keeping the cost of the program down. We really need all the help we can get, from ALL of our Troop 106 family.

The wreaths are scheduled to be delivered this Friday (November 30th) between 3:00 PM & 5:00PM at Trinity via Dry Harbor Road Entrance.  Unfortunately, we don’t have a more specific time.  If you will be available to help unload the truck, please provide Gerry Mohr (917-886-6501) with your contact information.  She will contact you directly when the truck arrives.
