Tomorrow February 11th, we will be having a Sports Night instead of a regular Meeting. Uniforms are not required.

Our Trip to Washington D.C. The trip is scheduled for February 18th to the 21st. The cost will be $200 and will include all meals and lodging and admissions to museums. Please bring down the money tomorrow night if you have not already paid for the trip. A detailed itinerary will be going out this weekend.

Good evening, I hope everyone is well and staying safe.

We have a regular meeting tomorrow February 6th. The theme for this month will be Eagle Required Merit Badges. We will continue to work on the Citizenships and Communication Merit Badges. Please remember to bring down your packets that were given out last week. We will be meeting downstairs since the Pack will be holding their Pinewood Derby Upstairs.

If anyone is in need of a Board to review, please let me know.

Our Trip to Washington D.C. The trip is scheduled for February 18th to the 21st. The cost will be $200 and will include all meals and lodging and admissions to museums. Money for the trip will be collected starting, tomorrow night. We will be staying at the Best Western Hotel- Capital Beltway and the plan is to visit the Smithsonians (National Musuem of American History and National Air and Space Musuem), Monuments, and the Spy Musuem. At the Spy Musuem that scouts will have the opportunity to work on Sign, Signals, Codes, and American Heritage Merit Badges.

Good evening, this is the last call for anyone who wishes to go to the Florida Sea Base in 2023. We have to put in our registration by this Wednesday January 12th. If anyone is interested in going, please let me know by Tuesday the latest. So far who have enough people for 1 crew. If I don’t receive any more requests, we will only put in for one crew.

We will be having a regular meeting tomorrow January 7th. The theme for this month is Eagle Required Merit Badges. We will be working on all three citizenships and communications merit badges.

We will also have sign-ups for the Florida Sea Base Trip which is scheduled to take place in February of 2023. The trip is open to all scouts who will be at least 13 years and First Class by the start of the trip. If you are interested in going on the trip, $100 deposit is required.

There will be a Patrol Leader’s Council Meeting directly after the meeting to plan out the month of January and to discuss future trips and activities.

Good evening, everyone, I hope all is well and everyone is staying safe and healthy.

I am writing because we had to make the difficult decision to postpone our trip to Blue Mountain on the Weekend of January 14th -17th.

The decision was made do to the fact of the rising COVID numbers and the concern of several parents and members of the Troop.

My number one priority is everyone’s safety and the last thing I want is for this trip to become a spreader event.

There was a scout Troop who went away just before Christmas, and the Scoutmaster and several scouts came down with COVID.

Again, it was a difficult decision to make, and I know everyone was looking forward to going since we have not been too Blue Mountain in two years.

The trip has been rescheduled for the weekend of March 25th to the 27th.

I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very Healthy and Happy New Year.

Let’s Hope 2022 is a better year and that the pandemic comes to an end.

Hopefully everyone enjoyed their time off and is ready to go back to school/work (LOL).
