Dear Fellow Scouts,
My Eagle Scout project scheduled for this weekend has been rescheduled for
Saturday, March 28 from 8 am until Noon and Sunday, March 28, Noon until 4 pm.
We will meet at Trinity Luthern at 7:30 am and head to Jamaica Bay Refuge until
noon. For Sunday we will meet at 11:30 at Trinity. We plan on carpooling to
Lynbrook to help Chris with his project. Sorry for the late notice. Hope that it
doesn’t inconvenience anyone.

Please bring this signed permission slip with you this weekend for Brenden’s Eagle Scout Project. Copies will be available at Friday’s meeting but parents must sign them.
We will be working on Inventing Merit Badge at the March 20 & 27th Meeting.
Please print and bring your own copy of the worksheet (they will not be provided):
Here are some updates:
– No Uniforms required
– Bring your scout book &/or merit badge worksheets
– Bring appropriate weather gear & clothing
– Bring personal first aid kit (we will be working on a lot of first aid req’s) If you don’t have one take a look in the scout book as to what is needed.
– Bring a water bottle
PLEASE pack rain gear and ample dry socks and clothing, It looks like it will possible be a wet weekend.
We will be staying in a cabin, but spend most of the day outside.
We are in need of drivers to help provide transport to camp on Friday and back on Sunday. We need 2-3 volunteers for each.

The camping trip is at Glen Gray Camp in Mahwah, NJ, which is about 1 hour from Trinity.
On Friday we are meeting promptly at 6p. For those of you that are always late, we are meeting promptly at 545p.
We will be having a Committee Meeting this Friday at 7:00 pm before the Regular Troop Meeting. All parents, adult leaders and committee members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

1) Tonight’s meeting with be downstairs (cubs are using gym for Pinewood Derby). We will be filmed for GNYC’s new promotional video, so EVERYONE please be in Class A uniforms and bring a signed copy of this release form: Image_Waiver
2) Our next camping trip will be to Camp Glen Gray (200 Midvale Mountain Rd, Mahwah, NJ 07430) March 13-15. This trip will be an advancement based trip so please make sure you attend if you would like to work on advancement or earn a merit badge. The cost for the trip is $20
