I was in the scout shop the other day and came across these foldable tables in their clearance section. I personally have one and its great as a camping ottoman or side table next to your sleeping bag/cot. They also have a chess/checkers board printed on the top and 4 cup holders under it.

I had the scout shop search the whole country and they were able to find and hold 5 for me. I will go pick them up over the next day or two. They are $10 each. If you want one please email me and you can bring me the money and pick it up on Friday.

1) Friday is the last meeting of the indoor scout year. It is also International Night. All scouts are asked to bring a tray/dish of food from their culture. Also, No Uniforms.

This year our summer schedule runs from May 31 – Aug 30 (hard copies will be given out at our next meetings). We will have an activity approximately every other week this year. The next scouting year begins September 6th.

The youth leaders of the troop decided to do an international night at out last meeting of the scout year (May 17th). No Uniforms required. Each scout is going to be required to bring something from their culture. For those scouts who want to be creative you can track as far back as you want in your lineage. This past Friday we had our last Board of Review of the Scouting Year and we had a LOT of people advance. Two people even advanced two ranks:

The Camp-o-ree is next weekend and here is all the info:

Date: Apr 26-28

Location: Camp Bullowa (15 Franck Rd, Stony Point NY, 10980)

Leaving: 6P from Trinity

Returning: approx Noon at Trinity

Cost: $25

There is a high tick warning for the camp so PLEASE make sure you pack long pants and long sleeve shirts. ALSO, scouts will need their class A uniform.
